Bringing Form to the Noise

I started playing around with the induction recordings I did yesterday, trying to make a synth sound using the hums and drones I’d gathered. My favourite sampler, shortcircuit, doesn’t seem to work well with many modern DAWs, so I’m exploring other options. In the meantime, I’ve come up with a general sound that I like. It’s a simple combination of my TV and microwave recordings with some low-pass filtering to make the sounds a little more pleasing to the ear.
